In pursuance and by virtue of a judgment of foreclosure and sale duly granted by this Court and entered in the Monroe County Clerk's Office on October 12, 2017, I, the undersigned Referee, duly appointed in this action for such purpose, HEREBY POSTPONES THE SALE ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED FOR January 26, 2018 to February 22, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. in the forenoon of that day, will expose for sale and sell at public auction to the highest bidder at the front steps of the Monroe County Office Building located at the Foreclosure Auction Area, Hall of Justice - Lower Level Atrium located at 99 Exchange Boulevard, Rochester, New York, the premises directed in and by said judgment to be sold. The premises are identified as Tax Account No. 013.03-3-20, and appearing on the Tax Assessment Roll as 1138 Lake Road West Fork, Town of Hamlin, New York.
Property is sold subject to the terms and conditions of filed judgment and terms of sale. Approximate amount of judgment is $13,587.83 plus interest and costs.
