In pursuance and by virtue of a judgment of foreclosure and sale duly granted by this Court and entered in the Monroe County Clerk's Office on January 3, 2018, I, the undersigned Referee, duly appointed in this action for such purpose, will expose for sale and sell at public auction to the highest bidder at the Foreclosure Auction Area, Hall of Justice - Lower Level Atrium located at 99 Exchange Boulevard, Rochester, New York, on March 15, 2018 at 10:30 o'clock in the forenoon of that day, the premises directed in and by said judgment to be sold. The premises are identified as Tax Account No. 120.34-2-53, and appearing on the Tax Assessment Roll as 76 Taylor Street, City of Rochester, New York.
Property is sold subject to the terms and conditions of filed judgment and terms of sale. Approximate amount of judgment is $9,911.42 plus interest and costs.
